Centras investment group has been established in 2004 and to the date includes several companies acting in Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
The Group includes Centras Securities JSC (Kazakhstan), Centras Сapital JSC (Russia) and a number of other companies.

Centras Securities JSC

The activity of Centras Securities JSC is oriented to assets managements, corporate financing and private investing in Central Asia and CIS countries.
One of the Company’s strategic goals is to facilitate the process of introducing international experience, standards and innovations to the local market.
The Company renders a wide range of financial services in investment banking which includes brokerage services, trust management, mergers and acquisitions, expert project valuation, arrangement of financing at local and international levels.
In particular, Centras Securities JSC became the first company in Kazakhstan which registered open-end mutual fund and currently is one of the most active companies in Kazakhstan in this business direction.
The company has all necessary licenses issued by Regulation and Supervision Agency of Kazakhstan:

• Portfolio management (license № 0403200223 dated September 22, 2004)
• Broker-dealer activity on the securities market with the right to maintain client’s accounts as a nominal holder  (license №0401200886 dated September 22, 2004)

Centras Securities is a new company on the financial market of Kazakhstan however the company’s staff consists of highly professional specialists with substantial experience of concluding transactions at an international level. The key personnel of Centras Securities are former leading employees of major local banks, «Deloitte & Touche», the National Bank of Kazakhstan with a solid work experience, good knowledge of the market and activities of leading financial institutions as well as international expertise.

Centras Capital, CJSC

Centras Capital Investment Company has bee established in 2004.
Centras Capital is a member of the Moscow International Stock Exchange (MISEX) and a participant of the Russian Trade System (RTS).
The company has all necessary licenses to operate as a professional participant on the Russian stock market from the Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) Russia:

• Broker (license 077-07821-100000);
• Dealer (license 077-07825-010000);
• Assets management (license 077-07828-001000);
• Depositary services (license 077-08164-000100).

The Company renders a wide range of financial services including brokerage services on leading Russia’s stock exchanges – MISEX, RTS, assets management and depositary services.
