Talgat Ussenov
Chairman of the Board
 Talgat heads Centras Insurance since March, 2005. He was designated for the position of the Chairman of the Board by Centras group for developing an insurance company of a new type.
Heretofore, from the beginning of 2004 to 2005 Talgat was the Chairman of Kazakhinstrakh, one of the largest insurance companies in Kazakhstan.
From 1997 to 2004 Talgat worked in Kazkommerts Policy insurance company, where in several years he was promoted from surveyor’s position up to the Deputy Chairman of the Board.
Talgat made his first steps in insurance business in 1993 as a surveyor in Lloyds Agency’s branch in Kazakhstan.
Already having a degree of technical sciences of one of Moscow universities, Talgat has supplemented it with degrees in law and finance gained in well known educational facilities of Kazakhstan.
Besides that, Talgat has completed training courses in some of the world’s largest insurance companies such as Munich Re, Partner Re, Lloyds Agency in Germany (Gielisch GmBH), German Academy of Management (Deutsche Management Academy Nidersachsen -DMAN/Celle).
At present Talgat studies in Chartered Insurance Institute (CII/London). He is also a member of this institute.
Gulnara SADYBEKOVA
Managing Director, Member of the Board
Gulnara is a Managing Director and a curator of a Business Development Department of the Company which functions include development of internal documents (regulations, instructions, etc.), rules and programs of insurance, promotion of the insurance products on the market, advertising, marketing and work with agents.
Before joining Centras Insurance JSC Gulnara worked in Nomad Insurance company since 2004 to 2005. Before this, during seven years (since 1997, almost from the date of establishment) Gulnara worked in Kazkommerts Policy JSC, taking up the post from the Insurance Department specialist to the Director of the Business Development Department. Gulnara was responsible for conclusion of the insurance contracts with clients and their support, development of rules of insurance and other insurance documentation, preparation and fulfillment of different insurance projects.
Experience in insurance sphere is more than 11 years.
Daima Musina
Managing Director, Member of the Board.
As the Managing Director of the Company Daima coordinates the direction of motor transport insurance, equipment, cargoes, aviation and oil risks, responsibility of custom brokers carriers and forwarders and other technical risks.
Before her joining Centras Insurance JSC since 2003 to 2005 Daima was a Head of the Sales Insurance Department of “Alians Polis” company.
Dajma has also an experience of work in Kazkommerts Policy company, where was invited on a position at the Cargo Insurance Department and subsequently was a head of branch on insurance of individuals. The labor activity in the insurance field Dajma has started in 1999, in Crawford-THG, specializing on investigation of insurance events.
Ruslan POGORELOV
Managing Director, Member of the Board
His work as the Managing Director Ruslan started as a curator of advertising-marketing activity of the Company and Public Relations. At the present time he is a curator of the Department of Retail Insurance in Almaty and the work with the Division of the information technologies of the Company.
Before joining Centras Insurance team in September, 2005, since 2004 Ruslan worked in Centras Securities where participated in promotion of investment funds, the organization of financing for clients, working on securities market.
Before Ruslan worked in Kazkommertsbank and in Kazkommerts Securities company over few years, where he took part in the organization of issues of KKB Eurobonds, supervised the project on credit ratings assignment to the Kazakhstan issuers. The previous operational experience of Ruslan includes work in Center Credit Bank and international auditor company Ernst&Young. In 1999 Ruslan successfully graduated from Master program at Redingstone University (England) on a speciality " Banking in transitive economy". Ruslan has a qualification certificate of 1 category from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and control over the financial market and financial organizations. |
