INSURANCE EVENT:
The program consists of 2 parts:
“Section А”
Loss or damage of insured property as a result of the following events:
1) fire, explosion of gas used for the domestic purposes;
2) damage of plumbing, sewerage, heating, fire-prevention systems, water penetration from neighboring premises.
“ Section B”
Third party liability of Insured (Assured) on reimbursement of harm caused to property of third parties recognized as the victims as a result of the following events occurred while implementing by Insured (Assured) right to use immovables stipulated in Property insurance Agreement:
1) fire, explosion of gas used for the domestic purposes;
2) damage of plumbing, sewerage, heating, fire-prevention systems.
INSURANCE CONDITIONS:
1. Insurance covers real estate (dwelling houses and apartments) with living place of 150 m2 without premises examination.
2. Insurance covers slum carcass-reed-fiber houses as well as houses and apartments in temporary using of lodgers.
3. The Insured is entitled to insurance ONLY on “Section A” or on two sections – “Section A” and “Section B” but is not entitled to insurance ONLY on “Section B”.
Sum insured and insurance premium depend on total area of immovables and insurance territory.
Term of Agreement – 12 months.
Insurance indemnity is implemented in tenge in amount of actual damage but not above the sum insured set by insurance Agreement, within 10 (Ten) banking days from the moment of Insured’s decision on insurance indemnity implementation.
